The "right" supervisory board is one that suits both the company and its investors. Supervisory
monitor and control the work of the executive board and management and, as such, provide an
link between the shareholders and the company’s management. Commitment, combined with industry
business experience, is of major importance, as is a responsible approach towards business risks and
opportunities, capital and employees.
During my time in leading positions in international businesses I have gained extensive
finance, financial controlling, risk management and post-merger integration, as well as in restructuring
strategies, strategy development and strategy implementation.
I have also been responsible for reporting to annual general meetings as well as working closely
supervisory boards, banks and auditors.
